Our Chardonnay is made using whole bunch basket pressing, wild yeast and extended ageing in French oak barrels before being bottled at the property without fining or filtration.

Our Chardonnay is a full flavoured, powerful wine with excellent balance, mouthfeel and length. The 2015 vintage is pale gold in colour with a touch of green. As it evolves in the glass, there are aromas of citrus, jasmine, struck match and a hint of honeysuckle. On the palate there are tropical fruits, lemon, spice and slight minerality. This wine will reward patient cellaring.
