Our Chardonnay is made using whole bunch basket pressing, wild yeast and extended ageing in French oak barrels before being bottled at the property without fining or filtration.

The 2016 vintage is bright pale straw in colour. As it evolves in the glass, there are aromas of tropical fruits, oatmeal, apple, some spice and a sub-note of struck match. The palate lingers with flavours of pear, vanilla and lemon curd. The 2016 chardonnay is exceptionally well balanced.
